Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GRAVTY. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (gravty.lk), our client portal, and the software development, mobile app development, AI, branding, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services we provide. By accessing our website, submitting a project request, or accepting a quotation, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Use of the Website and Client Portal

a. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to act on behalf of a business, to submit a project request or enter into an agreement with us.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your client account and OTP-based login, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

c. You agree to provide accurate and current information — including your contact details, project requirements, and billing information — during project requests, quotation acceptance, and account setup.

d. You may not use our website or portal for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Services and Pricing

a. We strive to provide accurate scope, deliverables, and pricing in every quotation. However, a quotation only becomes a binding agreement once you accept it and, where applicable, sign the associated project agreement.

b. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Any changes to project scope requested after acceptance may result in a revised quotation or additional charges, communicated to you before work begins.

c. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Orders and Payments

a. By accepting a quotation, you agree to pay the total amount according to the payment plan set out in that quotation (for example, an upfront deposit followed by milestone or completion payments).

b. We reserve the right to pause or cancel a project if a scheduled payment is not received within a reasonable time after its due date.

c. Payments may be made via PayHere (card payments) or bank transfer with proof of payment uploaded through the client portal for our verification. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charge for each invoice.

d. We use PayHere, a licensed third-party payment processor, to handle card payments securely. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Project Delivery

a. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver each project milestone within the timeline communicated to you, tracked through the client portal.

b. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including delayed feedback, delayed payments, or changes in project scope requested by you.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our Refund Policy governs the process and conditions for cancellations and refunds relating to project payments. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

a. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of GRAVTY or its licensors.

b. Ownership of the final deliverables we create for your project (code, designs, and other work product) transfers to you upon full and final payment of the applicable invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

c. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the intellectual property of GRAVTY. We may showcase completed project work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

a. In no event shall GRAVTY, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, portal, or services.

b. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.

c. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and functionality of our deliverables but do not warrant that they will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement as set out in that project's signed agreement.
